"There is the hipotrélico. It is a new term of unresearched origin and no definition as yet, at least a definition capable of apprehending its meaning in all its petals. It is only known that it comes from good Portuguese. For practical purposes it is advisable to take the hipotrélico's meaning as either prig, or without charm, or prude. Perhaps, said in a different manner, it means either a bluenose, or a troublesome, or a sharp person, someone without respect for another's opinion. Furthermore, as will be seen later, the hipotrélico, although an invented word, stubbornly dislikes neologisms. Therefore, with this attitude, he starts out denying his own existence."
